Meet Kathy Morgan

Since 1988 I've been a REALTOR™, and I offer my clients the benefits of my years of experience in commercial and residential real estate.

My real estate career began in Fairfield, Calfornia where I specialized in commercial real estate. In 1993 my husband, children, and I moved to beautiful Port Ludlow, where I specialize in residential real estate sales. My mission as a real estate professional is to be the facilitator to help you buy your home with the smoothest transaction possible. I am very detail oriented and understand people's needs and wants.

The benefits of my real estate experience are reflected in my awards as a consistant multi-million dollar producer. In 2001 I was elected President of the Jefferson County Realtors Association and am currently serving on the Board of Directors for that fine organization.

I love Port Ludlow for many reasons - the peaceful way of life, the friendly people, the mild climate, and the gorgeous scenery of the mountains, water, and forests that surround us.

A big plus for me is that Port Ludlow is a wonderful place to raise kids. My husband and I have two boys and two girls ranging in age from 12 to 25. We also have five grandchildren - all of them living near to us in the Pacific Northwest.

When I'm not working in real estate, I'm gardening, camping and hiking, golfing, boating, playing with our 3 dogs, and just generally enjoying our beautiful area.
